Return Policy
Order Fulfillment
Most orders are processed within a 24 hours period (usually the next business day). We do not ship on weekends or on holidays. All orders must be in before 12:00PM PST. If we receive any late orders, we cannot guarantee shipment of your item and will most likely send your package the following business day. Predictable delays often occur as a result of occasional out-of-stock items, busy holidays, trouble verifying a billing address, or technical difficulties. Although such predictable (and unpredictable) difficulties do happen, you can rely on us to do what we can to get your package to you on time.

International Orders and Sales Tax
We accept international orders. Orders specifically from California will be automatically charged sales tax.

Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before the order has been sent. However, if a package has been sent out already, you the buyer must pay the shipping charges regardless, even if you refuse and/or not sign for the package. In addition, a 20% restocking fee may apply to all cancelled orders.

Cancellation Procedure
To cancel your order, please e-mail our customer service department before the item has been shipped: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. We usually ship our items at 4PM PST every day, so if you want to request cancellation, please let us know at least three hours before your expected shipment time. To ensure every order is prepared for shipment, our employees are processing and packaging your order promptly at 1pm – sometimes earlier. So we ask that customers try to cancel the order before your item has entered the processing stage.

Order Acceptance Policy
When you purchase an item, you will receive an order confirmation. This order confirmation does not mean that we have accepted your order. It is just to confirm that you have ordered an item. We reserve the right whether to accept or decline an order for any reason. In addition, if you order an item and we do not have an insufficient supply of that item to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to refuse your order. Before accepting any order, we reserve the right to require additional verification or information from our potential customers. And that verification may delay us from shipping your order.

Payment Methods
HipHopStoreOnline.com accepts all major credit cards, meaning Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Using a credit card will not incur a surcharge. We DO NOT accept PayPal. Please provide your exact billing address and telephone number as it is recorded with your credit card bank; any discrepancies may delay the shipment of your order and possibly result in your item becoming unavailable. If you wish to send the package to an address other than what is recorded by your credit card bank, please read the following section.

Orders That Require Address Verification
To ensure a safe transaction for both parties, HipHopStoreOnline.com will only ship orders to a person whose name appears on the credit card submitted, and to an address that we can verify. Both cardholder’s name and verified address are required for purchases over $100.
However, if an order BELOW $100 is requested, and you wish to have an item sent to an address other than the address recorded from your credit card company, your order will be placed on hold until we can verify a correct billing address. We may also need additional verification from you. The verification process may delay your shipment. During this process, as orders are submitted, your item may also lose availability. We will keep your order pending for 3 days, as we wait for a response to gain additional verification. If there is no response after the 3 days have elapsed, your order will be canceled.

Order Status
Once you have submitted an order, HipHopStoreOnline.com will send you a confirmation e-mail notifying you that we have received your order. If your order was submitted before 12:00PM PST, the following day you should receive tracking information e-mailed to you once your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped.

If you need us to estimate when you will receive your package, you may contact customer service via e-mail: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. We estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from HipHopStoreOnline.com depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.
If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The cost of shipping will depend on the shipping option you choose. For example, 2-day delivery will cost a great deal more than ground shipping.


Reseller Customers
HipHopStoreOnline.com deeply values reseller customers. Discounts are given to resellers who purchase amounts over $500 per shipment. To inquire further information, please contact our sales department: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. Remember to include the following in your e-mail: your name, company name and address, phone number, fax, and e-mail. We will respond promptly with a quote through e-mail or fax.

If you haven’t formally applied for a reseller discount, fill out a Reseller Release Form and fax it to us along with a copy of your original Reseller’s Permit. When we receive your fax, we will apply the discount to your order.

Technical Support
Although HipHopStoreOnline.com are capable of answering many questions about our electronics, we urge customers to contact the manufacturers directly, since they are most likely to give you an official, accurate, and detailed response of your questions and problems.

Compatibility Problems
We are not liable for any incompatibility problems. To avoid selecting the wrong item, be sure to check first and foremost with the manufacturer of this product to ascertain an official answer on the product’s compatibility with your computer. For secondary advice, you may also e-mail our customer service department, if our product information doesn’t cover this vital information. You may also check a major search engine, such as Yahoo or Google, by entering the product name along with “compatibility chart.” We urge you not to assume and to try all of these options first before purchasing the item in question. Most important, you need to consider how dated your computer is; incompatibility issues often arise from people who purchase current technology that can’t operate in an outdated computer.

The buyer is therefore responsible for any incompatibility issues that may arise.
Returned orders are accepted, but it will be the customer’s responsibility to send this package and pay all shipping fees.

General Return Instruction
When you seek a return, be sure to get approval by e-mailing our customer service department: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. In your e-mail, include the order number and the reason for the return. If you fail to provide this information, this may delay your order. You will be contacted in or before 5 business days with a response. If the return is approved, you will receive instructions for returns that need to be followed specifically. You will also be given a Return Code, which will be valid for 2 weeks. Be sure to return the item with that time span. To avoid additional fees, please repackage any item in the same way that you received it, with all the components, materials, and documentation. When packaging, please print clearly the Return Code that we have provided you.. Packages without this Return Code will be refused. The replaced item will be sent to you, as soon as the returned item is received and recorded back in our inventory. For a return qualifying for a refund, you will be notified through e-mail once the returned item has been received and recorded back into our inventory. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to return to your account. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers, as mentioned above, are responsible for shipping back the returned product to HipHopStoreOnline.com.

Product Returns for Defective Products:
If your product is defective(DOA), e-mail us at: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. Once we have approved the return of your item, please return it along with its original packaging. It must be received within 14 days from the date of shipment. You will then receive credit or a replaced item. All returned products will be tested. For all products that are tested and are functioning properly, it will be shipped back you the customer. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

This policy does not cover motherboards, CPUs, System Memory, Hard Drives, and Controller Cards. These are non-refundable items, please contact the manufacturer to discover first whether the item is indeed defective. The manufacturer will also determine whether to replace the item.

Non-Defective Product Returns
If your product is non-defective, you must first notify us through e-mail: sales@HipHopStoreOnline.com. Once we have approved the return of your item, you may then return this product sealed and shrink wrapped within 14 days from the date of shipment, and you will receive a full refund, minus the shipping cost and a possible 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping the unopened item back to HipHopStoreOnline.com. We may approve returns that are opened and / or used, but we will in every case charge at least a 20% restocking fee depending on the actual condition of the item. The product to be returned must have all additional contents that it came with and must me in resable condition. In addition to the 20% restocking fee, a pro-rated charge may be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or parts that are deemed non-resalable. We reserve the right to decline any return of a non-defective product. All items claimed to be defective will be thoroughly tested before a return is issued. After testing, if this item is not defective, you will be subject to a service charge that can amount to no more than 30% of the total cost; the item will be returned after the service charge and shipping cost to send it back have been paid.

General Disclaimer on Non-Returnable Items
The products that are refused or labeled “Non-Returnable” are the products that are under a warrantee, or in other words, an agreement with the manufacturer in regards to issues with defective products. Please contact the manufacturer of this item. All unauthorized returned products will be refused. Once again, we stress that you seek a specialist from the manufacturer who can provide you with information regarding compatibility or any other technical specifications BEFORE placing or finalizing your order with us.

Refused Packages
If you refuse an order, a 20% restocking fee plus the lost shipping fee will apply before a refund is issued.

Privacy Policy
Any information that you submit through us will be private and not be shared under any circumstances. Therefore, we do not sell, share, or rent information to anyone outside HipHopStoreOnline.com. We cherish our customers and their private and personal lives.

Typographical Errors
HipHopStoreOnline.com works hard to provide accurate pricing, description, product specification, and any other information communicated by HipHopStoreOnline.com. However, we are human and make mistakes. On that basis, we do not guarantee that ALL pricing, description, product specification, and any other information communicated by HipHopStoreOnline.com, is correct. If we have listed a product incorrectly, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel this order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card is charged. In this case, we will immediately issue a full refund (including shipping fee) to your credit card and your order will be cancelled. If we have given inaccurate product information and because of this discrepancy, you no longer want your product, HipHopStoreOnline.com will replace, exchange, or return this item (s), but at our sole discretion. HipHopStoreOnline.com will investigate the issue and decide whether your claim is valid. Of course, we recommend that before you purchase an item, you check with your manufacturer for the latest information on the product in question to ensure that this purchase is right for you.

Limitations of Liability
By placing an order, you agree that HipHopStoreOnline.com’s maximum liability for the products sold on this website is limited to its purchase price only. In no circumstances is HipHopStoreOnline.com or any of their representatives liable for special, special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.
